Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Scott Pargot moved to Helena in 1995 to open his own practice, driven by a passion to deliver high-quality, compassionate health care to his patients. He is board certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. One of his greatest strengths lies in his sense of humor, which when paired with his empathetic and nurturing personality, allows him to easily connect with staff and patients. When he’s not providing excellent patient care, you can find Dr. Scott Pargot biking, boating, and enjoying the theatre.

Originating in Weiser, Idaho and moving to Mesa, Arizona shortly after, Dr. Nate Sanders moved to Helena 2013 and began a career with Helena ENT Clinic, driven by a passion for providing the best possible care to patients. He is board certified with the American Osteopathic Board of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery. Dr. Nathan Sanders’ great strength lies in his patience, he enjoys working with our motivated and well-trained staff, and appreciates their efficient communication. Nate and his wife have 4 children together. They enjoy many of the same hobbies and stay busy with family activities. When he’s not providing excellent care at Helena ENT Clinic, you can find Dr. Nathan Sanders skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and rock climbing.

Jamie grew up in Helena and has always been committed to her community. After earning her undergraduate degree at Montana State University, she earned a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University in 2012. With extensive experience in Orthopedics and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Jamie joined the Helena Ear, Nose, and Throat Clinic in 2024. She takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care, treating each patient like family and fostering a warm, supportive environment. Jamie believes in empowering patients through education, ensuring they feel confident in making informed decisions about their health.
Outside of the clinic, Jamie enjoys spending time with family and friends. An avid outdoors enthusiast, she loves mountain biking, skiing, hunting, and fishing in her free time.

Lisa was born and raised in Helena and has been working for Helena ENT since 2020. She joined the team, inspired by a tight-knit staff and getting to work closely with families and patients. Her greatest strengths lie in her kindness, compassion, and her ability to make patients laugh; laughter being the best medicine. She is currently furthering her education and working toward obtaining her master’s degree in leadership and management. Outside of work you can find Lisa spending time outdoors, learning to try new things, and spending time with her son, who loves to teach her how to build things and work on cars.

Originally from Buffalo, NY and living in Helena since 2008, Shauna has worked with Helena ENT since 2021. She was inspired to join the team at Helena ENT because the providers and staff are well known in the community for providing high quality patient care as well as her interest in shifting from primary care to the specialty of otolaryngology. Shauna’s biggest strength is her organizational skills and the way she approaches helping others. When she’s not working with Helena ENT you can find her cooking, crocheting, running, and spending time with her wonderful husband and two darling daughters.

Susan was born in Glendive, Montana, and later moved to Yellowstone Park, where she met her husband, Budd, with whom she’s shared 33 years of marriage. The couple moved to Helena in 1997 and raised three daughters. After her children left home, Susan pursued a career in healthcare and earned her Certified Medical Assistant certificate from Helena College. She began working at the clinic in 2023, quickly finding it a perfect fit for her strong customer service skills. Susan is grateful to work alongside such a talented and compassionate team.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her family. She’s passionate about cooking, canning, gardening, and staying informed through health podcasts.

Jaedon was born and raised in Helena and started working with Helena ENT in 2024 with the purpose of helping the people of Helena and contributing to the great patient-care of Helena ENT. With prior healthcare experience working in orthopedics, he is looking to broaden his understanding of healthcare with the future intention of furthering his education in medicine. As the oldest of 3 siblings and 14 cousins, the greatest passions in his life would be spending time with his family and coaching athletics; specifically basketball. When not at work, you can usually find him with members of his family, playing basketball, fishing, golfing, or helping coach girls' basketball at Helena High.

Originally from Idaho, Aubrey has been with Helena ENT since 2015. She was drawn to our team by the caring and compassionate nature of our staff and providers. Her biggest strength lies in her ability to stay positive and laugh at herself in tough situations. She is passionate about teamwork and problem solving. Outside of work you can find Aubrey enjoying theatre, making jewelry, playing with her pup, and spending time with her kind, loving husband, Dee.

Abby K began work at Helena ENT Clinic in 2025 as a Medical Receptionist. She says that she was drawn to the clinic “by all the wonderful individuals working here.” Between shifts at the clinic, she is working on furthering her education, pursuing a career in the medical field. When she is not studying for nursing school or at work filling the office with laughter and her enthusiasm, Abby enjoys traveling to see live music with her friends.

Originally from Montana, Jen eventually landed back in the Big Sky in 2013 after spending years in Minnesota, Kentucky and Washington. Jen started work with Helena ENT Clinic in 2025 having always been fascinated with the medical field her life. Enjoying clerical work, helping people, and staying busy, Jen works as a Medical Receptionist currently and is studying to becoming a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). Outside of the office, Jen enjoys roaming Hyrule in Legend of Zelda, watching documentaries, learning new hobbies like sewing, and spending time with her husband, Todd, “striving for the most peaceful, contended existence” she can.
